Working as a part of renewal sales team in the contents management software department, you will be responsible for providing support and maintaining relationship and contract with clients who have installed our product. In line with the contract renewal schedule, you will be using telephone to renew or extended the contract with given clients.

 

Job Responsibilities:

-      To take part in all renewal sales responsibilities (from revenue generating to increasing sales pipeline).

-      To provide prudent and appropriate advice and support to solve client’s complicated problem by working out of office and cooperating with partner and client.

-      Cooperating with outside sales team to manage and provide and up-to-date contract maintenance schedule as well as information regarding product installation.

-      To place order and monitoring product guarantee period to provide information regarding machinery replacement as needed.

-      To manage all process required in contract renewal process by working between field team, partner, and client.

-      To provide information regarding contract and guarantee to assigned clients.

-      Create and manage written contract.

 

Minimum Qualification:

-      Over 4 years experience in Tele-sales within IT industry (Inside sales or Renewal Sales)

-      Business level English language (TOEIC 800 or more) to be able to work with foreigner superior and conduct telephone call or written email as needed

-      High PC and data management skill

 

Preferred Qualifications:

-      Knowledge and understanding relating to IT and software

-      Experience in helpdesk or customer service in IT industry

-      Fundamental knowledge as well as work experience in Renewal Business (Contract renewal)

-      Fundamental knowledge of contract renewal document

-      Knowledge in SAP/Oracle/Salesforce/ or Siebel

-      Active and passionate about work

-      Maintain cooperating and teamwork with both inside and outside team

-      Aggressive in achieving goals
