Daniel Wood began his career working within the fast-paced contract IT recruitment market within the UK; where he specialized in the Oracle vertical market. Using these skills he continued in Asia focusing on Chinese IT permanent staff based in Beijing. He was mainly directed to sourcing of new candidates and business development. 

The wide variety of recruitment locations and skills can now be put to use within the Japanese market. Mainly targeted on placing senior level IT and business consultants.
