Takaharu Okano began his career at a tour operation agency in Japan and then moved to Thailand. At Thai-Chinese industrial real estate company, he highly contributed to the start-up operation as the only Japanese employee. He closed many large deals with Japanese manufacturing companies and also managed projects as well. Wanting a more multicultural environment, he decided to work for ICPA.
