"I founded ICPA to provide a better technical recruiting service than what I had been able to find while I was a systems project manager. I have always enjoyed working with clients on a consultative basis to help them develop their human resources. I find I can leverage my technical knowledge and my experience in the Japanese recruiting industry to help them implement their plans in a timely fashion. It's extremely rewarding to see people I have placed with our clients rise in their firms and become leaders."
Tony Rodriguez founded ICPA in 1992 after seven years of international systems engineering and project management work. He has worked for ESL, a TRW subsidiary, United Airlines, and has been a consultant to Kaiser Permanente and European Computer Systems.
At ICPA, Tony focuses on management search for the financial and management consulting industries. He also provides clients with in-house recruiting strategy and administration consulting.
Mr. Rodriguez holds a BA in political science with a minor in management information systems from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.
